This hands-on Mock Loan Signing Lab gives notaries and signing agents an opportunity to practice navigating a loan signing in a relaxed, supportive environment — before doing it with a real client. During this interactive session, we’ll work through a sample loan package and practice how to: ✨ Navigate a loan package with confidence ✨ Present commonly seen loan documents ✨ Guide signers without crossing into legal advice ✨ Identify signatures, initials, dates and notarizations ✨ Handle common signer questions and situations ✨ Catch mistakes before the package leaves your hands ✨ Complete a mock signing from beginning to end This is not a lecture-style class.
