Each membership brings together workspace access, personalized learning, designated classes and workshops, and a professional community.
Professional Workspace Access
Unlimited reservations for notary-related business activities, with up to two hours per reservation. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Personalized Training
Four 30-minute one-on-one sessions each membership month, virtual or in person and tailored to your learning goals. Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Unused sessions do not roll over.
Classes and Workshops
Access to designated membership classes and workshops covering Michigan notary fundamentals, remote online notarization, business setup, marketing, and professional development. Not every Academy class or paid workshop is included.

Membership terms
Workspace access requires advance reservations. Workspace reservations are subject to availability. Reservations are limited to two hours each. Individual training sessions must be scheduled in advance. Four 30-minute training sessions are available per membership month. Unused training sessions do not roll over. Monthly memberships renew automatically. Written cancellation notice is required at least seven calendar days before the next billing date. Prepaid three-month memberships do not automatically renew.

What is included in a membership?
Membership includes professional workspace reservations, four 30-minute personalized training sessions each membership month, designated membership classes and workshops, educational resources, guidance, and professional networking. Not every Academy class or paid workshop is included.
How often can I reserve workspace?
Members have unlimited reservations for notary-related business activities. All reservations must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
How long can I use the workspace per reservation?
Each workspace reservation is limited to two hours.
Are personalized training sessions included?
Yes. Each membership month includes four 30-minute one-on-one sessions tailored to your learning goals. Sessions may be virtual or in person and must be scheduled in advance.
Do unused training sessions roll over?
No. Unused training sessions do not roll over to the next membership month.
Can I attend virtually?
Personalized one-on-one training sessions can be virtual or in person. Check the details of individual designated classes and workshops for their format.

What is the difference between monthly and prepaid memberships?
Monthly membership automatically renews until canceled. Prepaid memberships provide three months of access and do not automatically renew. All options include the same membership benefits. Compare the currently displayed membership options above for pricing.
